Egg & Bacon Crescent Ring
5 eggs scrambled and cooked till not runny
1/2 red pepper chopped
1/4 tsp sea salt
1/4 tsp pepper
8 sliced bacon fried
1 can crescent dough
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Fry bacon.
In a bowl, beat eggs and cook till no longer runny.
Lay our the crescent rolls on a parchment paper (or directly into a greased cast iron pan) in a star shape.
On each crescent roll, lay a piece of bacon. Add half the cheese around the ring. Add the scrambled eggs around the ring and top with the rest of the cheese.
Fold the crescent dough over the eggs etc. Bake for 20 mins or until the crescents are cooked and golden brown.
