Juicy Buttermilk Fried Chicken

Directions
1 large Route 304 pasture raised chicken, cut into pieces (drums, thighs, breasts, wings)
1 litre buttermilk
3/4 tsp Sea salt
11/2 cups corn starch
11/2 cups flour
2 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp sea salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
11/2 tsp chicken bouillon
Marinate chicken pieces for a minimum of 24 hours in the buttermilk and salt.
Mix all dry ingredients together and coat chicken pieces completely. Drop into a deep pot with oil heated to 350 degrees. Cook till browned and internal temp reads a minimum of 165 degrees (Approx 10 mins)
Enjoy with biscuits & honey butter, corn on the cob and a lettuce salad.
