Slow Cooker Minute Steak

Directions
2 pounds Route 304 minute steaks, round steaks, or any tougher steaks
1 cup white flour
1 tsp seasoning salt
1 large white onion
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
canola oil
1/8th cup water
Mix salt together with flour and batter steaks on both sided with flour/salt mixture. Heat a skillet with oil. Add steaks to skillet and fry till browned. Steaks do not need to be cook through, only browned on each side. In the meantime, slice onion, and layer in the bottom of the slow cooker. Top with steaks, can of mushroom soup, & 1/8 cup water. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Serve over mashed potatoes.
