Meat Birds-

Our chickens are raised in a spacious environment that allows them to roam, forage and exhibit natural behaviors. Plain and simple, the old style way, out on fresh grass for as many months as the weather allows. 

Danielle’s Dad raises the meat birds for us, about a mile from Route 304. The one of a kind chicken tractor, he built to withstand the summer elements and provide a safe environment from predators, sheltered, dry, and with some shade for hotter days. Unlike conventionally raised chickens that may never see the light of day, these chickens are able to enjoy the sunshine on a daily basis, something they seem to love!
