We are always experimenting with tallow swaps in our everyday recipes. Recently we enjoyed cornbread and banana muffins both made with regular cooking tallow in replace of the oil and margarine. ( For use in baked goods/sweets you may want to render a second time if your concerned about a savory taste) Deep frying works amazingly and anything we cook in a frying pan or roast in the oven is done with tallow. Plus its an amazing seasoning for cast iron pans!
